What if I hate blue cheese?

Special requests are welcome! Cheeses vary, so please specify if you do or do not want to include a certain type of cheese. If there is something you absolutely love and need on the board please let me know and I will make sure it is there on the day of your event.

Want to reserve a date with me?

I require at least two weeks notice in advance for events and ask for $100 deposit to reserve your preferred date.

* Cancellations within two weeks of event will result in forfeit of deposit. Deposit will be subtracted from total amount due on day of event unless otherwise specified.

I’m unsure about cheese + pairings.

Leave it to me! Be as involved as you want or toss me the creative reins. Just tell me some details about your event and I will use my discretion on what is the best fit. Upon request, I will create a list of cheeses used, flavor profiles, & optional pairings for your next event.

When should I place my order?

The sooner the better! For events, two weeks prior to your event date.

Will this feed my family?

an·ti·pas·to / an(t)əˈpästō,antēˈpastō/ noun: antipasto; plural noun: antipasti(in Italian cooking) an appetizer typically consisting of olives, cheeses, and meats. “Feeds” is a loose term.

How do I get my cheese?

For events, I travel to location locally, servicing approximately a hour radius of Warren, Ohio for events — contact me for more details!

Dietary restrictions?

If you or one of your guests has a known dietary restriction, please make me aware and I can try to best accommodate. There should be something for everyone to enjoy.
